Frozen Food Transportation Chambers

Eurobras’s frozen food transportation chamber ensures quality and solves difficulties for food transportation.

The freezing is performed through the plug-in system conected to the module, which allows the temperature control between -4° F (-20° C) and 32° F (0° C).

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Dimensions
  • 2.30m x 2.30m from the outer base and 2.90 m from the height, considering the 2 parts.
Structure
  • Cold chamber, structured with folded metallic profiles, made from corten steel plates resistant to corrosion, welded with filler metal compatible with the material. Finish with blasting of the quasi-white metal and application of primer rich in zinc, epoxy background and finishing with rubber paint.
  • Outer closing in galvanized plate with thickness of 2.0 mm, with white PU (Polyurethane) painting.
Inner Lining
  • 304-18-8 Stainless steel plate with thickness of 1.2 mm.
  • Heat insulation in PU with thickness of 100 mm, with density ranging from 37 to 40 kg/m3, injected.
Accessories
  • Set of 3 levels of dismountable inner shelves, made of 304-18-8 stainless steel plate with thickness of 1.5 mm with reinforcement (240 kg per shelf), supported on stainless steel columns on the floor.
Door
  • Door inbuilt in the wall, without projections.
Lifting System
  • Can be made with stainless steel tie rods or belts, forming an angle of 60º with the base of the container ceiling.
  • The placing of 16 corner casting is provided, 4 below and 4 in the ceiling, of the lower module, and the other 8 in the upper module of the cold equipment, for fitting and sea transport.
Cooling System
  • The cooling system is of the plug-in type, with 1 equipment, which supports the thermal load of the container by itself.
  • The plug-in system is installed in an upper auxiliary structure for easy removal and placing in the chamber.
  • Inner and outer temperature management system, which can store the data in electronic file for up to one week, with 10-min intervals between readings.
  • Sound alarm system to indicate opening of the door.
Temperature Control
  • Data log with 2 internal temperature jacks that allow recording door opening.
  • Has self-sufficient battery with working capacity of up to 7 continuous days.
  • The user can collect data quickly and accurately through a USB cable connection.
Power Consumption
  • 3200 watts.
